The presentation of the II National Strategy for Territorial Equity and the Demographic Challenge<\/strong> constitutes a particularly relevant reference for the II World Convivence Forum 2027<\/strong>, whose central focus will be convivence in the territories. The Spanish Government\u2019s new roadmap proposes a comprehensive approach to addressing territorial inequalities and demographic challenges, structured around five vertical pillars <\/strong>\u2014climate resilience, equitable access to infrastructure and services, local socio-economic dynamism, equality and inclusion, and culture, identity and attachment\u2014 together with two cross-cutting axes <\/strong>dedicated to knowledge and multilevel governance. It also provides for the creation of an Observatory for Territorial Equity and the Demographic Challenge<\/strong> to support analyses tailored to the reality of each territory and to improve the design of public policies. <\/p>\n\n

From the perspective of convivence, this strategy provides a particularly valuable framework. It places at the centre key issues for social cohesion: equal opportunities, effective access to essential services, reception and inclusion policies, the strengthening of local capacities, and the promotion of culture as a factor of a sense of belonging and attachment. It also highlights the importance of the participation of all levels of government and civil society, as well as the launch of a new public consultation process to enrich the document before its final approval. <\/p>\n\n

In this context, the II C\u00f3rdoba Forum, World Convivence Forum, will be able to find in this strategy a solid institutional basis for promoting a vision of territories as spaces of equity, dialogue, inclusion and a shared future.<\/p>\n\n
